At Stub Stories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
